The Ministry of Justice has recently released the latest tribunal statistics covering January to March 2025 and employment tribunal claims are continuing to rise 📈⬆️. From 26 October 2024 there is a duty on employers to take all “reasonable steps” to prevent sexual harassment of their employees. The duty requires that employers should anticipate scenarios when its workers may be subject to sexual harassment in the course of employment, including from third parties, and take action to prevent such harassment taking place.
